Two frameworks do not mean two separate systems

Selected digital services are governed by directly applicable European requirements while also falling within the Czech cybersecurity framework. The purpose of mapping is not to maintain two parallel records, but to identify common safeguards and genuine differences.

Implementation should begin with the scope of services, assets and responsibilities. Only then does it make sense to compare individual requirements and decide which existing process can be shared.

What this means in practice.

A mapping table is a useful control tool, but it does not by itself confirm complete implementation. For every shared safeguard, it must remain traceable which process fulfils it, who owns it and how its effectiveness is verified.
